“Where do I even start? When my son was 4 years old (He is 11 now) I went to CB with my concerns on my sons behavior. I didn’t have any hope at all because before her, no one could see or hear me. No one believed me. They said, he is just all boy, he is only 4, this is normal, etc. She saw me, she listened to me. I can’t ever express what she has done for my oldest. Then, she became my doctor because I was so pleased with her. And then, my twins have now been seeing her as well. She has always been extremely accommodating. She has always gone above and beyond, even after hours or on a day off. She has always been available, supportive, caring, up front (in a good way). She has stood behind my kids and I for years. I am very fortunate to have found her. She listens, she believes, she comforts, she is there for it all and through it all. There were many, many times where she could have just given up on me and dismissed me from her practice. She never did. She believed that I would overcome my hurdles, as well as my kids hurdles. She has stuck by us always. Also, a shout out to everyone that works for the practice. Y’all are great. "CB Benway has been outstanding with all 5 of my children. The intake process is a bit lengthy but I’ve never seen a prescriber be so thorough with each one of them. They love her. Her staff has been incredible, especially her nurse. They both go above & beyond consistently since we have been seeing her in 2018. You just don’t find providers like her or her staff anymore. At the old place, we went 3 of my kid’s needed prior authorization on medications and it took over a month to get them from the insurance company. Here I have never had an issue. She always fits one of my kids in in an emergency or her nurse chelsey always gets back to me. She even made referrals to specialists at Children’s hospital & Mount Washington for 2 of my kids. Things that we found out really helped my kids in school. We feel blessed to have her. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Especially with Autism.Thank you CB & Staff.
